Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities
- In charge of stockyard and transport coordination.
- Formulates and develops stocking system that will maximize space and allows faster delivery time.
- Confers with the erection engineer and/or the planning manager as to delivery schedule and erection sequence.
- Prepares the delivery ticket, retrieves it and ensures that this receipt copy is signed by the customer or his representative.
- Sorts out the precast units for delivery and sees to it that they comply with the site requirement.
- Oversees loading of precast units in accordance with the loading schedule, as in the case of HCS and appropriate loading manner for the precast elements.
- To liaise with transportation companies for mobilisation of trailers and prime movers.
- To liaise with Malaysia Production Managers for the deliveries of precast components.
- Co-ordinate with the QAQC team for pre-delivery inspection with the Resident Technical Officer.
- To prepare monthly transportation report to Finance.
Requirements
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Precast) is required for this position
- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain.

Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) Engineer
Report
- Report to Production Manager/ Assistant Production Manager
Duties
- Liaising in design related matters with clients, main contractors and consultants
- Work with design department to proactively design of precast units for ease of off-site manufacturing and efficiency for on-site installation
- Partner with product designers, safety, materials management, quality and operations to deliver and execute manufacturing solutions for a custom and standard product line
- Provide on-going product design input for DFMA, drive manufacturing process development with a focus on lean principles
- Analyse the manufacturing process to determine the manufacturing cost during design stage to reduce manufacturing costs
- Lead process improvements, standardized work, hands-on error-proofing and investigation and root-cause analysis
- Preparation and approval of necessary structural calculation of pre-stressed and reinforced precast units in accordance to relevant standards and Singapore codes
- Communicate project status and impacts to project team and leadership synchronize project models and the business case and develop business case scenarios to manage risk
- Able to analyse customer data to determine effective corrective actions and monitor improvements over time
- Maintaining the approved design schedule for the project
- Checking the layout and shop drawings of precast units
- Carry out pre-pour inspections, post-pour inspection and pre-delivery inspections
- Handle all Engineering support for manufacturing including ASME, API structural/mechanical
- Researches improvements in the industry to identify better manufacturing solutions to continuously improve designs.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineer Board
- 2-3 years of experiences in Construction (Preferably in Precast)
- Knowledge of Autocad would be an advantage
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Project Coordinator
Report
- Report to Project Manager/ Plant Manager/ Assistant Production Manager
New Project
- To liaise with client for master programme
- To liaise with client for delivery schedule for the whole project
- To circulate the master programme to contracts department, design department, production department and logistics department
- To submit list of materials, materials samples, MIL certificate to main contractor
- To arrange with main contractor for 1st inspection for precast components
- To submit project quality plan
- To submit trailers accident recovery plan and risk assessment to main contractor
- To liaise with WSH officer to brief transporter & Logistic coordinator on risk assessment
On going Project
- To submit weekly progress report (with photos)
- To submit weekly defects reports, defects master list (with photos)
- To liaise with clients in delivery schedules (PP09)
- To monitor daily deliveries to ensure that the deliveries are on time and according to the requested dates in the deliveries schedules
- To attend site meeting
- To attend monthly consultant visits or factory visits that are requested by clients
- To arrange transportation with Plant Manager/ Production Manager for the plant visits
- To attended both HDB audit & other audits in factories and on site
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineer Board
- 3-5 years of experiences in Construction (Preferably in Precast)
- Class 3 driving license
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
